Widefield Fluorescent Microscopy (Landscape)
These are 3 lily pollen grains that I imaged on our wide-field fluorescent dissecting microscope. No special preparation or mounting was done. The image shows the autofluorescence when the pollen was excited with a mercury lamp, and the emission was collected in three different fluorescent channels.
