Graduate Programs

• Each year a workshop led by professionals is held with a topic related to negotiating skills, improving communication skills, the job search, workplace environments and interviewing skills.
• An annual workshop is led by senior graduate students for new graduate students on "What do you need to know to thrive as a graduate student in Engineering at the University of Delaware?"
• Each year WIE graduate women host a special speaker for the College to present paths to success in the workplace, integration of family responsibilities and workplace responsibilities, and her specific experience.
• The committee plans to meet with undergraduate students to share with them what the graduate experience and training programs are and to initiate goal oriented planning among the students.
