Women in Engineering Program

Mission Statement

Our goal is to promote, mentor, and enable participation of women students and faculty in Engineering studies and in the workplace. In this direction the Program sponsors interaction and mentoring among the women undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty within the College as well as with external representatives from industry, government agencies, and other academic institutions. The program promotes education and interaction among the women and men students, faculty, and administrators, with the goal of promoting a healthy institutional climate for all members of the engineering community at UD.
